thankfully that 'thing' cought boruto and sucked his chakra. in kid naruto's case that wouldv been 9 tails chakra and things wouldv turned to the worse. i really miss that obvious kind of plotline to this kinda garbage. i need that 'power' to act up soon so we get some character development.

in college for programning. it took me aproximatly 8 seconds to type that out. and maybe 2 seconds to type this reply its not really physically tiring to type out my thoughts. its actually worse. i type so fast that i have to stop typing and continue my train of thought because my head voice can't keep up with my typing lol. don't think i explained it right. but things be things.

You say to a series which started with; "I gained a forbidden Jutsu to become a genin!" In total there is about 109 Forbidden Jutsu according to the wiki. Forbidden doesn't mean there are only a few of them. Shadow Clone only was forbidden due to the fact it could tax the mind heavily with trauma regarding overuse, as well it's extremely taxing on the individuals chakra.

For the jutsu to exist there has to be people that continue to keep record of it /study it / use it. Otherwise it doesn't exist anymore. You have to factor in how many villages there are, Google states there are about 31 Hidden Villages.

Given that we primarily encounter evil shinobi throughout the series, plus 884 episodes (Naruto > Shippuden > Boruto) I don't really the number seems outrageous in any sense. A lot of them come from taijutsu after opening the 8th Inner Gate. Others are forbidden jutsu that only can be used from Kaguya or the Rasenshuriken which guess what... that is a Forbidden Jutsu. xD

Take away the ones I wouldn't really count as forbidden and yeah... there really aren't a lot imo given the large scope of the series.

which makes sense for Rasenshuriken, since literally also punctures the users cells.
Naruto was only able to use it safely when combined with sage chakra.
